Our overall mission is to promote and encourage sustainable development in Civil construction, by
addressing the core issues of inequality, wellbeing and environmental degradation:
Our three Principles Include:
1. Providing an efficient, high-quality service and product that exceeds the
standards and expectations of our client.
2. Continuously improve the overall Wellbeing of our team. We consider the health of our
employees and whether they feel valued in their work; the two most important factors for
their state of mind and actions, thus safety and productivity. This involves considering the
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health. Therefore, providing and
encouraging a positive work culture supporting a work/life balance is at the forefront of our
business model.
3. Environmental Restoration: We aim to restore and minimize environmental damage by
implementing safer, eco-friendly, innovative controls in soil, water, air, vegetation and
material.
Our daily Health and Safety mission is to capture and minimize the number of unsafe acts in order to
mitigate the risk and lower the severity and likelihood of an incident occurring.
A Shared Community Identity:
We aim to improve the economical ecology of those disadvantaged in New Zealand, either through
cultural or wellbeing adversity. Addressing inequalities and the core issues that exist particularly in
larger minority demographics such as Māori and Pacific islander cultures through “A Shared
Community Identity”. This involves problem solving ways our services can benefit the wider
community economically, culturally and environmentally; by creating further business and job
opportunities and implementing wellbeing initiatives to create a positive work culture that impacts
the Te Hapori Katoa. Implementing good will projects and community programs that benefit all
parties as a feedback loop, supporting the local economy and welfare of its people. Programs that
touch on the fundamental human needs.
We aim to inspire and promote impactful solutions to support minorities & tackle some of the most
critical issues we face through identifying the core issues through the power of personal and civic
engagement. To achieve all this, it is important we consider the whole network of social,
environmental, economic and political influences involved, that enables an individual and system to
function. By collaborating local & ground knowledge with private and public entities to one day
enforce smarter policies.
