NorthWater offers professional welding services for PE pipelines from 25 OD to 630 OD. Our fully qualified technicians operate CNC butt welders and EF machines, delivering precision results with full QA documentation, including weld data, destructive testing, and calibration certificates.

We carry out watermain connections and cut-ins with complete shutdown planning and reconnection. Whether it’s CLMS, PVC, PE, AC, or DI pipes—up to 375NB—we ensure smooth, clean, and compliant installations.

We perform all types of pressure testing including hydrostatic, pressure rebound, constant pressure, visual, and low-pressure air testing. Each test is compliant with Watercare standards and includes detailed digital reports and certification.

Our team manages the safe disinfection and chlorination of water pipelines, working in line with Watercare’s code of practice. We partner with accredited laboratories to ensure all pipelines are safe, clean, and ready for commissioning.

We design and install temporary water supply solutions to ensure uninterrupted service during system upgrades or installations. These are built with the same attention to quality and compliance as permanent systems.
