Pressure testing is required for all new installations. The test will find any fault in the pipeline including installation problems or damaged materials.

Fixing faults quickly also minimizes the disruption that can be caused by installation faults that get worse over time. Our team are trained and experienced in rebound and hydrostatic pressure testing using the latest equipment, which enables them to carry out an effective and efficient operation. The equipment we use is high-quality and well-maintained, so it is reliable. Equipment certifications and Calibration records are supplied with every job.

Our system digitally records the results of the tests. You will then be sent a report on the results in an easy-to-read format that includes graphs and charts.

Pipeline sterilization is a process required for all newly installed watermains and any potential potable pipes where there may be contamination involved. It involves a chlorination process where the pipe is flushed with a chlorinated solution, kept for 24hrs, followed by a post flush. Samples are then taken by a water sampling technician and sent to an accredited laboratory where tests will be run to ensure there are no contaminants and the pipeline can be connected for safe drinking water.

The quality of install and connections is absolutely critical in our line of work, where it comes down to the finer detail to determine the success and longevity of a pipeline.

Due to our high standards of quality assurance our team are often sourced for remedial work to investigate new and/or old pipelines faults, leaks and rework.
